We usually don't restock products, but we often produce new pretty similar items.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive an automatic mail from DHL with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. Ich you won't recieve a tracking link, please contact us

How long does the delivery take?
Packaging takes 1-3 days. You'll receive a tracking mail as soon as your package is on the way. In Germany the shipping takes 1-3 work days. In Europe 3-8 days. We ship worldwide as ''premium'', so by plane. Delivery time can vary for every country, usually it takes 2-3 weeks.

I've ordered the wrong size, can I exchange the product.
Yes, you can exchange a size, if the wanted size is still in stock. The shipping costs for both ways needs to be paid by the customer. Also any possible custom fees. We ship out the new size directly after receiving back the package.
How do I return a product?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for a return needs to be handled by the customer.
How do I declare a faulty product?
For a faulty product you can contact us at We try to process your request as fast as possible.
Do I need to pay a fee, if I don't accept a shipping or won't pick up a package at the post office?
Yes, you will. The courier charges a handling & shipping cost for uncollected packages that will not be paid by Lead Fabrics GmbH. We will deduct that amount and refund you the rest once the courier charges us.

Product care

How do I wash my Lead Fabrics products?
Please note the care instructions for the individual products first. Our products can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C. However, they must not be put in the dryer and should not be left to dry on a hot surface or in direct sunlight. In this way, the fabrics would be damaged. It is also important not to use fabric softener or bleach.
