How do I find out the perfect size for me?

Do we restock products?
We rarely restock the exact same product, but often release new pieces in a similar style.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive an automatic mail from DHL with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. If you don't receive a tracking link, please contact us at info@lead-fabrics.com.
Which payment options can I use?

PayPal, Kreditkarte, EC Karte, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Payment in Advance.

How long does the delivery take?
Packaging takes 1-3 days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way. In Germany the shipping takes 1-3 working days, and in Europe 3-8 days. We ship worldwide as ''premium'', so by plane. Delivery time can vary for every country, but usually it takes 2-3 weeks.

I've ordered the wrong size, can I exchange the product?
Yes, you can exchange a size if the desired size is still in stock. The shipping costs for both ways need to be paid by the customer as well as any additional custom fees. We ship out the new size directly after receiving the return.
How do I return a product?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at info@lead-fabrics.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
How do I declare a faulty product?
For a faulty product please contact us at info@lead-fabrics.com. We will process your request immediately.
Do I need to pay a fee if I don't accept a shipping or won't pick up a package at the post office?
Yes, you will. The courier will charge a handling & shipping fee for uncollected packages that will not covered by Lead Fabrics GmbH. We will deduct that amount and refund you the rest once the courier charges us.

Product care

How do I wash my Lead Fabrics products?
Please take note of the care instructions for the individual products first. Our products can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C. However, they must not be put in the dryer and should not be left to dry on a hot surface or in direct sunlight as this can damage the products. It is also important not to use fabric softener or bleach.
